Der Einband mit dem Portrait eines Mannes illustriert, darauf der Transparentpapierumschlag mit einer angedeuteten Clowns-Maske und auf dem Plexiglasschuber schließlich die Vollendung des Clowns mit einer runden roten Nase. Beschriftung des Schubers in der faksimilierten Handschrift von Hans Falk (Autor, Titel, Signatur).

Loose sheets in an illustrated cloth-bound cover with a transparent slipcase, housed in an original Plexiglas slipcase. An extraordinary artist's book based on Miller's fable about Auguste the clown, who sets out on a journey of self-discovery, sensitively and empathetically illustrated with lithographs inspired by the circus world by Swiss artist Hans Falk. The cover features a portrait of a man, over it is a transparent paper sleeve with a hint of a clown's mask, and finally, on the Plexiglas slipcase, the clown is completed with a round red nose. The slipcase is inscribed in a facsimile of Hans Falk's handwriting (author, title, signature).
