Lose in Original-Pergamentmappe mit goldgeprägtem Deckeltitel und rotgeprägter Deckelillustration (Deckel leicht aufgebogen, Hinterdeckel mit kleinen Flecken, Kanten teils leicht berieben).

Altenburg 1310-1321. - Expressionistischer Bilderzyklus des Berliner Bildhauers und Graphikers Arminius Hasemann (1888 - 1979) mit drastischen, symbolischen Szenen von Huren, Spielern, Freiern, Soldaten etc. aus dem Halbweltmilieu, ein künstlerisch markantes Zeitdokument der Dekadenz und der existentiellen Verunsicherung in der Weimarer Republik. - Ränder etwas bestoßen, Außenränder teils leicht fleckig, Titelblatt gebräunt.

Modern Literature and Art – Expressionism. - One of 50 (GA 200) numbered copies of the special edition, printed on van Gelder Zonen Butten paper at the Kummerfelsen Press. - Includes 12 signed and dated original woodcuts. Loose in its original parchment slipcase with a gold-embossed title on the front cover and a red-embossed illustration on the front cover (front cover slightly warped, back cover with small stains, edges slightly rubbed in places). - An Expressionist series of prints by the Berlin sculptor and graphic artist Arminius Hasemann (1888-1979), featuring dramatic, symbolic scenes of prostitutes, gamblers, suitors, soldiers, etc., from the demimonde-a strikingly artistic historical document of decadence and existential uncertainty in the Weimar Republic. - Edges slightly bumped, title page browned.
