Autographen – Enthält: 2 S. auf 1 Doppelblatt Bütten mit Glückwünschen zum Einzug ins neue Heim sowie der Ankündigung seines späteren Eintreffens mit 2 Herren auf dem Bau. - Das 1904-1905 erbaute Landhaus für Hermann von Seefeld in Berlin-Zehlendorf stammt von Muthesius. - Postkarte aus einer Kur im kalten u. hustenden Marienbad mit Mitteilung zu seiner Rückkehr. - Papierbedingt etw. gebräunt. - Insg. wohlerhalten.
