Schaarwächter, 70 nummerierte Seiten mit 190 Kollotypie-Abbildungen mit gedruckten deutschen Bildunterschriften nach Fotografien der Herausgeber, beidseitig bedruckt auf 35 dicken Kartonblättern, 1 große gefaltete lithografierte chinesische Karte von Peking mit deutschen Bildunterschriften. Quer-4°. Blauer Verlagsleinenband, Vorderdeckel reich verziert mit chinesischem Titel und vielfarbigen figürlichen Ornamenten. Ausgefallene Vorsatzblätter mit einem sich wiederholenden deutschen Adler, der in Schwarz auf grauem Hintergrund gedruckt ist (Ecken und Kanten abgenutzt, Einband leicht abgerieben).
