Geometrische Abstraktion - Op Art – In der vorliegenden Arbeit gelingt es Max Coor, durch die systematische Anordnung von 36 Quadraten in Chromoptik eine Räumlichkeit zu erzeugen, die die Grenzen zwischen Bild und Objekt immer wieder neu verhandelt. Der Bewegung suggerierende Effekt, der sich bei der Betrachtung der uns vorliegenden Arbeit einstellt, wird von dem Künstler in Form von blauen, irisierenden, geometrisch angeordneten Aluminiumplatten erzielt.

The movement-suggesting effect that emerges when viewing the work is achieved by the artist through the use of blue, iridescent aluminum plates arranged in a geometric configuration.
