Each signed, dated, numbered and titled. - One of 12 copies. - Contents: Twelve Hours and Four Night Watches, each in volumes 1-3. - A few minimal bumped edges. Some light surface dusting. Overall in very good condition. Splendid, expressive prints. - Akos Novaky studied book art under Irmgard Horlbeck-Kappler at the Academy of Visual Arts in Leipzig from 1971 to 1976. After graduating, he worked in Leipzig as a graphic designer and book designer. The portfolio "Stundenbuch" can be read as a condensed daily or hourly cycle in which graphic symbols, architectural arrangements and symbolic forms come together to form a clear yet enigmatic visual structure.
