Zwei Frauen. 1967. Farbserigraphie auf Panel aus Acryl, beidseitig bedruckt. 85 x 60 cm. Signiert und datiert, verso signiert und nummeriert. - In den oberen Ecken mit Durchbohrung, partiell etwas berieben sowie vereinzelt mit kaum merklichen Kratzspuren und punktuellem Farbabrieb. Insgesamt sehr gut. Ausgezeichneter Druck mt sich überlagernden Farbschichten.

Online - Moderne und zeitgenössische Kunst – Eines von 150 Exemplaren. - Die vorliegende Acrylplatte mit serigraphiertem Motiv entstand kurz nach Froeses Übersiedlung nach New York. Das Motiv zweier Frauen in leuchtendem Neonpink hinter einem Maschendrahtzaun kündigt bereits die gesellschaftskritische Dimension an, die Froeses späteres Werk bestimmen sollte, und weckt gleichzeitig Assoziationen an die Pop Art.

Online - Modern and Contemporary Art – Colour silkscreen print on plastic panel, printed on both sides. Signed and dated, signed and numbered on the reverse. - Holes in the upper corners, some slight wear in places, with occasional, barely noticeable scratches and isolated instances of paint wear. Overall in very good condition. An excellent print with overlapping layers of colour. - One of 150 copies. - This acrylic panel with a screen-printed motif was created shortly after Froese moved to New York. The image of two women in bright neon pink behind a wire mesh fence already foreshadows the socially critical dimension that would come to define Froese's later work, whilst at the same time evoking associations with Pop Art.
