Online - Moderne und zeitgenössische Kunst – Shlomo Koren, 1932 in Köln geboren und 2013 in Amsterdam verstorben, war ein israelisch-niederländischer Künstler, dessen Werk Skulptur, Malerei und Zeichnung umfasst. In seinen abstrakten, oft minimalistischen Arbeiten verhandelt er Fragen von Ort, Architektur, Entwurzelung und innerer Verankerung.

A splendid work with delicate shades of grey. - Shlomo Koren, born in Cologne in 1932 and died in Amsterdam in 2013, was an Israeli-Dutch artist whose work ranged from sculpture to painting and drawing. In his abstract, often minimalist works, he explores themes of place, architecture, displacement and inner grounding.
