Architektur – Ansicht eines repräsentativen Baus mit hoch aufragendem Turm in wirkungsvoller, leicht erhöhter Perspektive. Die Architektur ist axial-symmetrisch aufgebaut und durch einen stark betonten Mittelteil beherrscht. Die regelmäßig gegliederten Seitenflügel, die klare Achsordnung und die hohen Dachzonen entsprechen dem Typus repräsentativer französischer Profanarchitektur. Die feine, differenzierte Aquarellierung arbeitet die Fassadengliederung und den Baukörper klar heraus. Gerahmt und kontrastiert wird das Motiv zu beiden Seiten von locker gesetzten Baumpartien. - Vereinzelt mit leichten Braunflecken und kleineren Altersspuren. Leicht gegilbt und knickspurig. Ecken leicht bestoßen. Ränder vereinzelt mit kleinen Einrissen. Links oben Ecke mit Knick. Links unten ein kaum merkliches kleines Loch. Insgesamt hervorragent. Ein atmosphärisches Aquarell mit feiner Farbgebung.

The architecture is axially symmetrical and dominated by a strongly emphasised central section. The regularly structured side wings, the clear axial layout and the high roof sections are characteristic of the style of stately French secular architecture. The delicate, nuanced watercolour work clearly highlights the façade's structure and the building's form. The motif is framed and contrasted on both sides by loosely placed groups of trees. - Scattered with slight brown spots and minor signs of age. Slightly yellowed and showing crease marks. Corners slightly bumped. Edges with occasional small tears. Top left corner creased. Bottom left: a barely noticeable small hole. Overall, an excellent, atmospheric watercolour.
