Mit 1 Original-Illustrationen nach Zeichnung von H. Laurens, 1 Noten-Faksimile und 1 weiteren Abbildung. Paris, Selbstverlag, 1925. Ca. 49,5 x 32,5 cm. Beidseitig bedruckter und mittig gefalteter Zettel auf voluminösem Maschinbütten.

Moderne Literatur und Kunst – Programmzettel zum Pariser Künstlerball zur Förderung von moderner Architektur und Kunstgewerbe. - Bolliger VI, 714 (im Konvolut mit Programmheft und kl. Programmzettel). - In den 1920er Jahren veranstaltete die »L'Union des Artistes Russes«, ein Zusammenschluss der in Paris lebenden russischen Künstler, mehrere legendäre Bälle, die auch als Happenings avant la lettre gelten können: "Grand Bal des Artistes" (1923), "Bal Banal" (1924), "Bal Olympique" (1924) und den hier annoncierten "Bal de la Grande Ourse" (1925), der, wie die Ankündigung unterrichtet, im Zeichen der Bewerbung von konstruktivistischer Architektur und des modernen Kunstgewerbes stand. - Mit einer vollständigen Liste der teilnehmenden Künstler, darunter George Braque, Marc Chagall, Robert und Sonia Delaunay, Foujita, Man Ray, F. T. Marinetti, Henry Matisse, Francis Picabia, Pablo Picasso, Ossip Zadkine, u.v.m. - Mit dezentem Lichtrand, im geglätteten Falz leicht eingerissen, durchgehend gering gebräunt. Insgesamt gut erhaltener Programmzettel, gedruckt auf voluminösem Maschinbütten. - Dabei: Le 8 Mai 1925. La Grande Ourse Bal (Programmzettel). Organisé par l'Union des Artistes Russes. Essai de réalisation d'un bal décoratif moderne (...) Paris, Selbstverlag, 1925. Ca. 31,8 x 14 cm. Einseitig bedruckter rosa Zettel. - Bolliger VI, 714 (im Konvolut mit Programmheft und großem Programmzettel, sh. oben). Gering lichtrandig, sonst wohlerhalten.
Modern Literature and Art – Program leaflet for the Parisian Artists' Ball promoting modern architecture and applied arts, illustrated with 1 original illustration by Henri Laurens. - For references see above. - In the 1920s, the "L'Union des Artistes Russes," an association of Russian artists living in Paris, organized several legendary balls, which can also be considered happenings avant la lettre: "Grand Bal des Artistes" (1923), "Bal Banal" (1924), "Bal Olympique" (1924), and the "Bal de la Grande Ourse" (1925) announced here, which, as the announcement informs us, was dedicated to promoting constructivist architecture and modern decorative arts. - With a complete list of participating artists, including George Braque, Marc Chagall, Robert and Sonia Delaunay, Foujita, Man Ray, F.
