Das Seminar arbeitete an dem Problem ''Blocksanierung und Parken ''. Der Praxisbezug des Seminars wurde durch die Auswahl der vom Senator für Bau- und Wohnungswesen zu Sanierungsgebieten erklärten drei innerstädtischen Berliner Stadtteile Kreuzberg, Neukölln und Schöneberg hergestellt.
