Paintings, drawings and prints 16th to 19th century – Collection of 12 shipping and harbour scenes illustrations. Europe and the Mediterranean, 17th-18th centuries. Various techniques, including woodcut, aquatint and copperplate engraving, some coloured. Some are mounted in passe-partouts. - Includes, amongst others: Pieter Schenk. Two sheets from the Hecatompolis series. Amsterdam, c. 1702-1720, coloured. Titled in Latin and Dutch. Among them: Ora Maritimae Calabrinae (plate 10) and Tripoli di Barbaria. - Maarten de Vos / Sadeler. Depiction of shipbuilding or a workshop. Flanders/Netherlands, late 16th / early 17th century. A pickup of this work is possible in our premises at Potsdamer Str. 16, 14163 Berlin by appointment. If you wish a shipment of the work, please contact us for a consultation and shipping calculation. Framed tickets are shipped exclusively by a shipping company due to the risk of breakage. Postal shipping is only carried out at the express request and risk of the buyer.
