Manuskripte und Urkunden – Poggendorff, 2. Bd. M-Z (1863). - Martin Hermann Meyer (1824 Freiberg - 1856 Leipzig) studierte 1841-1845 an der Bergakademie Freiberg, war Mathematiklehrer an der mechanischen Bergschule und am Gymnasium in Freiberg und ab 1849 Lehrer an der öffentlichen Handelslehranstalt in Leipzig. Mit seinem Zwillingsbruder Carl Theodor Meyer verfasste er das 1865 erschienene Lehrbuch der axonometrischen Projektion. - Mit Eintragungen u.a. von Heinrich Hartung aus Lobenstein (1820-1909, Bergmeister u. Politiker), Juliana Reinike, Lehrer Friedrich Zinte in Dittersdorf, Günther Heinrich Lange aus Frauenstein, J.Fr. Höppner, Lehrer Friedrich Gottlob Richter. - Durchgehend braunfleckig, sonst gut erhalten. - Ein weiterer Eintrag von E. Julius Rost (1842) lose beiliegend.

Manuscripts – Saxony - Mining - Geology. - Liber amicorum of Martin Herrmann Meyer with 9 entries and 2 drawings (1 col.). Contemp. cardboard with yellow edges, corner fleurons and gilt fillets (stained, spine and joint with water damage, ends of spine and joints with small defects in the cover) in contemp. marbled cardboard slipcase. - Martin Hermann Meyer (1824 Freiberg - 1856 Leipzig) studied at the Freiberg Mining Academy from 1841 to 1845, was a mathematics teacher at the mechanical mining school and at the grammar school in Freiberg, and from 1849 was a teacher at the public commercial college in Leipzig. Together with his twin brother Carl Theodor Meyer, he wrote the textbook on axonometric projection, which was published in 1865. - With entries by: as listed ybove. - Brownstained throughout, otherwise in good condition. - Another entry loosely enclosed.

Framed tickets are shipped exclusively by a shipping company due to the risk of breakage. Postal shipping is only carried out at the express request and risk of the buyer.
