4 Lithographien mit tierischen Jagdszenen. 1820er Jahre. Je auf Velin. Blattmaße von 51,5 x 69,5 cm bis 52,5 x 70,5 cm. Je im Druck signiert, zusätzlich unterhalb der Darstellung im Druck bezeichnet, betitelt, mit dem Vermerk "Peint d'apres Nature par Joseph Volmar" und mit den Angaben und Signet des Druckers. Je punktuell auf Unterlage montiert. - In den Ecken mit Falten als Spur der Montierung. Im weißen Rand und punktuell in der Darstellung mit Stockflecken, auch verso. Vereinzelt schwache Anschmutzungen. Insgesamt noch gut. Ausgezeichnete, in den Schwärzen samtige und tiefe Drucke, jeweils mit breitem Rand.

Paintings, drawings and prints 16th to 19th century – 4 lithographs with animal hunting scenes. Each on wove paper. Each signed in the print, additionally indicated below the depiction in the print, titled, with the annotation "Peint d'apres Nature par Joseph Volmar" and with the printer's details and signet. Each mounted in spots on underlying mat. - With folds in corners as traces of mounting. Foxing in the white margin and in some places in the depiction, also on the verso. Occasional faint soiling. Overall still good. Splendid, velvety and deep-black impressions, each with wide margin. - Printed by Villain, Paris. - The depictions show: Roe deer hunting (Chasse au Chevreuil) - Wolf hunting (Chasse au Loup) - Deer hunting (Chasse au Cerf) - Wild boar hunting (Chasse au Sanglier).
