Gemälde, Zeichnungen u. Grafiken 16. bis 19. Jhd. – Dekoratives Album mit einer Vielzahl an Originalzeichnungen und Aquarellen sowie auch viele prachtvoll kolorierte Lithographien. Unter den Lithographien Darstellungen von Rom mit u.a. dem Forum Romanum, jedoch auch eine Lithographie aus Indien. Ebenfalls sind einige Aquarelle von Blumen und Landschaften enthalten. Unter den Originalen auch zwei prachtvoll gezeichnete Gouachen mit Abbildungen römischer Wandmalerei im 3. pompejanischen Stil. Ein Blatt mit einer kleinen montierierten Photographie, gerahmt von aquarellierten Blüten. - Tls. minimal fleckig. Insgesamt sehr gut erhaltenes Album mit prachtvollen Zeichnung und Lithographien in kräftigem Kolorit.

Leather with gilt spine title, fillets, and inner edges, as well as rich blind tooling on the covers and gilt edges (scuffed, rubbed, and bumped). - A decorative album with a multitude of original drawings and watercolors, as well as many magnificently colored lithographs. Among the lithographs are depictions of Rome, including the Roman Forum, but also a lithograph from India. Several watercolors of flowers and landscapes are also included. Among the originals are two magnificently drawn gouaches depicting Roman wall paintings in the Third Pompeian style. One sheet contains a small mounted photograph, framed by watercolor flowers. - Some minimal foxing. Overall, a very well-preserved album with magnificent drawings and lithographs in vibrant colors.
