Manuskripte und Urkunden – Innendeckel mit hs. Vermerk von Studienrat Friedrich Weppen (*1793) aus Osnabrück (dat. 1942): "Diese Gedenkbüchlein gehörte anscheinend Johanne Dorothee Christiane Ernst, der Tochter von Johanne Sophie Luise Ernst geb. Hauenschild (Gattin von Pastor Joh. Georg Ferdinand Ernst in Oldendorf. Joh. Dorothee Christ. Ernst, die namentliche Buchinhaberin, wurde am 2.5.1816 in Markoldendorf die Gattin von Joh. Andreas Friedrich Volger, damit Mutter meiner Großmutter Auguste Weppen geb. Volger." - Mit Einträgen u.a. von: Philippine Dieckhors, Henriette u. Charlotte Weppen, Tanten Amalia (geb. Melching) u. Christiane Hauenschild, Mutter Louise Ernst, Tante A.M.C. Ernst, Auguste Forke, Carl, Wilhelm u. Caroline Melching, Melusine Lüderitz, Heinrich Staats (Katlenburg) etc. - Die Stiche zeigen u.a.: Rehbergergraben am Harz, Scharffenstein, Das Chinesische Häuschen an der Wilhelmshöhe. - Tls. etwas fleckig, vereinzelt angeknickt bzw. knitterig. sonst insg. gut erhalten.

Manuscripts – Lower Saxony - Liber amicorum with 33 entries, 2 embroidered pictures and 2 col. drawings (4 sheets by Wiederhold). Loose leaves with gilt edges in illustrated half leather chemise (somewhat stained, leather slightly cracking) in conemp. illustrated cardboard slipcase (rubbed, soiled). - Inside cover with handwritten note by Friedrich Weppen (*1793) from Osnabrück (dated 1942). - With entries by, among others: as listed above. - Somewhat stained in places, occasionally creased or wrinkled, otherwise overall good condition.
