Lose Bll. (ca. 9,5 x 15,5 cm) mit Goldschnitt in Stammbuchkassette d. Zt. Quer-8°. Rotes Ldr. mit RVerg.- goldgepr. RSchild, Stehkantenverg. goldgepr. Fileten u. Bordüren sowie goldgepr. mit 1813 dat. Monogramm "D.F.B.". In Pp.-Umschlag u. Pp.-Schuber d. Zt. (beide fleckig u. berieben).

Manuscripts – Netherlands - Hesse - Liber amicorum containing 52 entries, 7 colour copper engravin plates, 4 (beaded) embroideries on die-cut paper and 1 watercolour. Loose leaves with gilt edges in a contemp. autograph book case. Red leather with gilt-stamped spine and label, gilt fillets and borders on the fore-edges, and a gilt-embossed monogram 'D.F.B.' dated 1813. In contemp. paper dust jacket and cardboard slipcase (both stained and rubbed). - With entries mainly from Amsterdam and Frankfurt am Main, as well as Lyon, Rotterdam, Antwerp and Vilbel for Franz resp. Julius Birkenholz, some partly in Dutch from 'colleagues' in Amsterdam. - Included are: Ackermann from Mannheim, Joh. Chr. Bergmann from Wiesbaden, cousin Marin Birkenholz, Burkenholz by Romeo von Bentivegni, J.P. de Bruyn, Gottfried Bucher, niece Lisette Bucher, Emilius David Engelberts, Joh. Friedr. Forster from the Ansbach region, C.F. Henrici from Osnabrück, P. van Kooten, Georg Krebs, Meschino from Kleinwallstadt, J.L., J.N. and J.H. Oldenboom, Carl Ostertag, W. A pickup of this work is possible in our premises at Potsdamer Str. 16, 14163 Berlin by appointment. If you wish a shipment of the work, please contact us for a consultation and shipping calculation. Framed tickets are shipped exclusively by a shipping company due to the risk of breakage. Postal shipping is only carried out at the express request and risk of the buyer.
