Zwei topographische Landschaftsansichten aus der Vulkaneifel. 2. Hälfte 19. Jahrhundert. Je lavierte Tusche auf Velin. Jeweils ca. 25 x 33 cm. Auf dünnen Karton aufgezogen und auf leinenbezogenem Untersatz montiert. Verso bezeichnet "Kirchweiler" bzw. "Keulenloch / Densborner Wald".

Dekorative Graphik - Ansichten – Enthält: Abbildungen von Keulenloch im Densborner Wald und Kirchweiler. Die differenzierte Lavierung und die sorgfältig aufgebaute Komposition verleihen den Darstellungen Tiefe und Atmosphäre. Zugleich unterstreichen die kleine Figurenstaffage und die präzise erfassten Geländepartien den anschaulichen, landschaftlich reizvollen Charakter der Blätter. - Mit ganz leichten Wasserrändern in dem oberen Bereichen des Bildes sowie vereinzelte Oberflächenbereibung. Insgesamt sehr gut. Filigrane, feine Ausführung.

Prints and Engravings - Views – 2 works. Each ink wash on vellum. Mounted on thin cardboard and affixed to a linen-backed support. Inscribed on the reverse as 'Kirchweiler' and 'Keulenloch / Densborner Wald'. - Includes: Illustrations of Keulenloch in the Densborn Forest and Kirchweiler. The nuanced wash and carefully constructed composition lend the images depth and atmosphere. At the same time, the small figures and the precisely rendered sections of terrain emphasise the vivid, scenic character of the prints. - With very slight water marks in the upper areas of the image and isolated surface abrasions. Overall, very good works, executed with great delicacy.
