Geographie und Reisen – Seltene erstmals im Jahr 1693 erschienene Wandkarte mit 5 Kartuschen, davon eine von Nicolas Guerad (1648-1719). Der Druck entstand von 4 Platten, hier bereits zusammegesetzt. Die Karte zeigt das nordwestliche Italien, im Südwesten ist noch das Fürstentum Monaco und die Grafschaft Nizza zu sehen. - Die Datierung wurde gelöscht und hs. in Tinte mit der Jahreszahl 1704 ersetzt. Mit Restaurierungen und Mittelfalzen in den einzelnen Platten. Minimale Randläsuren. Gerollt. Insgesamt gut erhalten.

Geography and Travel – Italy - Old colored copperplate map. - Rare wall map, first published in 1693, with 5 cartouches, one of which is by Nicolas Guerad (1648-1719). The print was made from 4 plates, which have already been assembled here. The map shows northwestern Italy, with the Principality of Monaco and the County of Nice still visible in the southwest. - The date has been erased and replaced by hand in ink with the year 1704. With restorations and center folds in the individual plates. Minimal edge wear. Rolled. Overall in good condition.
