Stanley's Engine Divided Scale. Um 1900. Metermaß aus Holz in einer mit Samt ausgekleideten Holzschachtel.

Technik – Mit Gravur des Namens V. H. Boalth. - Vollständiges Set produziert von William Ford Stanley & Co. Ltd. William Ford Stanley begann 1854 in Holborn London mathematische Instrumente herzustellen und diese zu verkaufen. Stanleys Kunden waren Studenten und die Londoner Mittelschicht, da sein Fokus darauf lag gute Instrumente für möglichst geringe Preise anzubieten. - Schachtel mit leichten Kartzspuren, leicht bestoßen. Schlüssel fehlt. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten.

Technique – Wooden measuring scale in a velvet-lined wooden box. - Engraved name V. H. Boalth. - Complete set produced by William Ford Stanley & Co. Ltd. William Ford Stanley began manufacturing and selling mathematical instruments in Holborn, London, in 1854. Stanley's customers were students and the London middle class, as his focus was on offering good instruments at the lowest possible prices. - Box with slight scratches, slightly scuffed. Key missing. Overall in very good condition.
