Technik – Erste und einzige Ausgabe einer äußerst seltenen, technikgeschichtlich bedeutenden Buchanzeige. - VD18 10519211. - Nicht bei Ferguson. - Nicht bei Holzmann/Bohatta. - Von großer Seltenheit, sowohl im Handel als auch institutionellen Beständen. KVK und OCLC/WorldCat verzeichnen weltweit lediglich 1 Exemplar an der StaBi, Bln. Für uns auf Auktionen nicht nachweisbar. - Enthält die Anzeige zweier Werke eines mit den Initialen G.C.P. vorstellten Autors: die Beschreibung eines Perpetuum mobile und eine Abhandlung über Festungsbau. Das im Titel "denen Herren Buchändlern, oder auch andern Curiosis" zum Verlag angebotene Buch über das Perpetuum mobile enthält eine Anzeige für risikofreudige Investoren mit einer Tabelle, die die Renditen von Investitionen aufzeigt (für 10 Rubel erhält man bei Erfolg der Anlage garantierte 510 Rubel). Provenienz: Bibliothek der Mecklenburgischen Ritter- und Landschaft (aufgelöst 1918), mit Stempel dieser Institution auf dem Titelblatt. - In den Rändern leicht angestaubt, etw. gebräunt und gering stockfleckig, der Bogen knitterig, sonst solides, unaufgeschnittenes Exemplar dieses sammelwürdigen Ephemerums.

KVK and OCLC/WorldCat list only one copy worldwide at the Berlin State Library (Stabi), Berlin. For uns not traceable at auctions at all. - Contains an advertisement for two works by an author identified by the initials G.C.P.: a description of a perpetual motion machine and a treatise on fortress construction. The book on the perpetual motion machine, offered to publishers "to gentlemen booksellers, or other curious people," contains an advertisement for risk-tolerant investors with a table showing the returns on investments (for 10 rubles, a guaranteed return of 510 rubles is promised if the investment is successful). - Provenance: Bibliothek der Mecklenburgischen Ritter- und Landschaft (dissolved 1918), with the stamp of this institution on the title page. - Slightly dusty at the edges, somewhat browned and slightly foxed, the paper creased, otherwise a solid, uncut copy of this highly collectible ephemerum.
