LS/64-xv - Kreuz zu Rechtsschräge. 1990. Acryl in weiß auf Faserplatte. 64 x 64 cm. Verso monogrammiert, datiert und mit Künstleretikett, hierauf mit typogr. Daten zu Werk. - Obere linke Ecke leicht bestoßen. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten. Äußerst subtile, mit verschiedenen Strukturen spielende Komposition.

Konkrete Kunst

Online - Moderne und zeitgenössische Kunst – Friege studierte von 1947 bis 1951 an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden unter anderem bei Will Grohmann. Nach seiner Flucht in den Westen arbeitete er später als Graphiker in Remscheid. Dort betrieb er mit seiner Frau Gundis von 1985 bis 2005 die Werkstattgalerie für Konkrete Kunst.

Online - Modern and Contemporary Art – Acrylic in white on fibreboard. Monogrammed, dated and with artist's label on verso, with typogr. details on the work. - Upper left corner slightly bumped. Overall in very good condition. Exceptionally subtle composition playing with various structures. - Friege studied at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts from 1947 to 1951 under Will Grohmann, and others. After fleeing to the western part of Germany, he later worked as a graphic artist in Remscheid. There he ran the Workshop Gallery for Concrete Art with his wife Gundis from 1985 to 2005.
