Die Arbeiten durchweg sehr gut erhalten. Ausgesprochen prachtvolle Drucke, teils samtig und farbleuchtend, teils gratig und differenziert.

Monkiewitsch, Petrick, Schmettau, Seery, Spadari, Stark, Turner, Wewerka und Wittenborn. Hg. Verein progessiver deutscher Kunsthändler e.V. Kölner Kunstmarkt '71. - Portfolio zum 5. Kölner Kunstmarkt, 5.-10. Oktober 1971. Mit dem Kölner Kunstmarkt wurde 1967 ein neues Kapitel in der Geschichte des Kunsthandels aufgeschlagen. Als erste internationale Messe für moderne Kunst weltweit schuf sie ein Forum, in dem Galerien zeitgenössische Positionen jenseits institutioneller Räume präsentieren und einem breiten Publikum zugänglich machen konnten. Die Premiere fand mit achtzehn Ausstellern im historischen Gürzenich in Köln statt und gilt heute als Geburtsstunde des globalen Kunstmessenwesens und als direkter Vorläufer der heutigen Art Cologne. Die Initiative ging von Hein Stünke aus, dem Gründer der Kölner Galerie Der Spiegel, dessen Engagement entscheidend zur Etablierung eines neuen Austauschs zwischen Künstlern, Galeristen und Sammlern beitrug. An der fünften Ausgabe des Kunstmarkts im Jahr 1971 beteiligten sich 34 Galerien, darunter Brusberg, Neuendorf, Der Spiegel und Zwirner. Zu den internationalen Teilnehmern zählten Ileana Sonnabend, Gian Enzo Sperone, Denise René (Paris, New York) u.a. - Galerien, die entscheidend zur internationalen Vernetzung der Avantgarde beitrugen. - Fehlend die Arbeit von Michelangelo Pistoletto (Offset auf selbstklebender Spiegelfolie).

All works (except for the offset by Barry Le Va) signed and numbered. Together with catalogue and double-page artist index in original box. - Missing: Michelangelo Pistoletto (offset on mirror foil). The box slightly rubbed, the artist index with crease mark, the paper covers slightly yellowed. The works in very well preserved condition. Exceptionally splendid imprressions, some velvety and colour-rich, some burr-like and differentiated. - One of 300 copies. - With the iconic Rolling Stones 'Sticky Fingers' record in its first German pressing with the cover by Andy Warhol, the famous jeans with the zip. - Ed. Association of Progressive German Art Dealers Cologne Art Market '71. - Founded in 1967, the Cologne Art Market was the world's first international fair for modern art, marking a turning point in the presentation and circulation of contemporary art. Initiated by Hein Stünke, founder of the Cologne gallery Der Spiegel, the fair established a new platform for dialogue between artists, gallerists, and collectors - a model later adopted by art fairs around the globe and continued today as Art Cologne. The fifth edition in 1971 brought together 34 galleries, including Brusberg, Neuendorf, Der Spiegel, and Zwirner. Among the international participants were Ileana Sonnabend, Gian Enzo Sperone and Denise René, all key figures in shaping the international avant-garde network.
