In Punkten auf Unterlage montiert. - Technikbedingt leicht gewellt, in den Ecken mit Spuren vorheriger Montierung, punktuell mit leichter Oberflächenanschmutzung. Insgesamt in gutem, farbfrischen Zustand, die Komposition harmonisch.

Konkrete Kunst – Aus dem Nachlass des Künstlers. - In vorliegender Arbeit entfaltet die Komposition Heinrich Siepmanns die für sein Werk charakteristische Reduktion auf geometrische Formen. Diese ordnet er in einer fein austarierten Farbkomposition an, in der Flächen und Linien in ein spannungsvolles, zugleich von großer Harmonie getragenes Verhältnis treten. Gerade seine Arbeiten auf Papier zeugen von einem ausgeprägt experimentellen Charakter, mit dem Siepmann durch den Einsatz verschiedenster Materialien und Techniken die Wechselwirkungen von Form, Farbe und Struktur immer wieder neu erforscht.

Overall in good condition with fresh colours, harmonious composition. - From the artist's estate. - The present composition by Heinrich Siepmann unfolds the reduction to geometric forms that is characteristic of his work. He arranges them in a finely balanced colour composition in which shapes and lines form a tense yet harmonious symbiosis. His works on paper in particular reflect a distinctly experimental character, with Siepmann constantly exploring the interaction of form, colour and structure through the use of a wide variety of materials and techniques.
