Zeitgenössische Kunst – Tamara K.E. ist eine deutsch-georgische Künstlerin, welche in den 2000er Jahren aus der Düsseldorfer Kunstszene hervorging. Sie studierte an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München sowie an der Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, wo sie 2004 als Meisterschülerin von Alfonso Hüppi abschloss. Seit 2010 lebt und arbeitet sie zwischen New York und Düsseldorf. Bekannt wurde Tamara K.E. durch ihre sozialkritischen, konzeptuellen Malereien, in welchen sie traditionelle Ölmalerei mit zeitgenössischen Technologien verbindet. In ihrem Werk erforscht sie das Wechselspiel zwischen visuellen Idiomen und technischen Möglichkeiten, um das Verständnis von medialer und paradigmatischer Fluidität zu erweitern. K.E.s Arbeiten sind Teil zahlreicher öffentlicher Sammlungen, darunter UBS Private Bank Collection, Deutsche Bank Collection, Daimler Contemporary Art Collection u.a.

Overall in very well preserved condition, the colours appearing fresh. - Tamara K.E. is a German-Georgian artist who emerged from the Düsseldorf art scene in the 2000s. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, where she graduated in 2004 as a master student of Alfonso Hüppi. Since 2010, she has been living and working between New York and Düsseldorf. Tamara K.E. is known for her socially critical, conceptual paintings, in which she combines traditional oil painting with contemporary technologies. In her work, she explores the interplay between visual idioms and technical possibilities in order to expand our understanding of media and paradigmatic fluidity. K.E.'s works are part of numerous public collections, including the UBS Private Bank Collection, Deutsche Bank Collection, Daimler Contemporary Art Collection, and others.
