Das hier angebotene Exemplar ist eines von einer unbestimmten Anzahl mit einem Einband in Siebdruck auf dickerem, weicherem, ungestrichenem Papier. Auf beiden Einbänden sind Nahaufnahmen von Warhol zu sehen, wahrscheinlich stark vergrößert von Halbtonfotos, die denen in seiner Serie "Most Wanted Men" ähneln.
