Moderne Literatur und Kunst – Erste Ausgabe. Selten. - Tami Oelfken (eigentl. Maria Wilhelmine Oelfken, 1888-1957) war eine deutsche Schriftstellerin und Reformpädagogin. Die Nationalsozialisten erteilten ihr wegen "kommunistischer und judenfreundlicher Tendenzen" Unterrichtsverbot auf Lebenszeit. Auch in dem vorliegenden Kinderbuch werden zeitgenössische gesellschaftliche Probleme wie alltäglicher Antisemitismus und die massive Arbeitslosigkeit thematisiert. - Etwas gebräunt und fleckig, teils stärker. Buchblock angebrochen.

Rare. - Tami Oelfken was a German writer and reform pedagogue. The National Socialists banned her from teaching for life because of her "communist and Jew-friendly tendencies". This children's book also addresses contemporary social problems such as everyday anti-Semitism and massive unemployment. - Somewhat browned and stained, more so in places. Book block cracked.
