Die Nationalsozialisten erteilten ihr wegen "kommunistischer und judenfreundlicher Tendenzen" Unterrichtsverbot auf Lebenszeit. Auch in dem vorliegenden Kinderbuch werden zeitgenössische gesellschaftliche Probleme wie alltäglicher Antisemitismus und die massive Arbeitslosigkeit thematisiert. - Etwas gebräunt und fleckig, teils stärker. Buchblock angebrochen.

Rare. - Tami Oelfken was a German writer and reform pedagogue. The National Socialists banned her from teaching for life because of her "communist and Jew-friendly tendencies". This children's book also addresses contemporary social problems such as everyday anti-Semitism and massive unemployment. - Somewhat browned and stained, more so in places. Book block cracked.
