Die Abzüge der Radierungen stammen von Originalplatten aus den Jahren 1922-1924. Karl Hubbuch war ein Künstler der Neuen Sachlichkeit, der zeitgleich mit George Grosz Schüler von Emil Orlik war. Seine Werke waren wie die seiner Kollegen von gesellschaftskritischem Charakter. - Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten, kontrastreiche Abzüge der Originalplatten.

The etching prints are taken from original plates from 1922-1924. Karl Hubbuch was an artist of the New Objectivity movement who, along with George Grosz, was a student of Emil Orlik. His works, like those of his colleagues, were socially critical in nature. - Overall, very well preserved, high-contrast prints from the original plates.
