Die Zwischentitel stammen noch aus der ersten Ausgabe von 1641. - Tafeln mit den Porträts von Königin Christine von Schweden, den elf Kurfürsten sowie von Luther. Ferner u.a. eine Wappendarstellung, ein großes Kalenderblatt, Pläne von Jerusalem und der Arche Noah, Karten des Hl. Lands, Darstellung der Augsburger Konfession, Ketzerbaum. - Altersbedingt gebräunt und stellenweise etwas braunfleckig. Erstes Titelbl. in den Rändern fachmännisch restauriert. Zweites Titelbl. mit kl. Loch. Porträt von Königin Christine im linken Rand hinterlegt. 1 Tafel mit Fehlstellen im weißen Rand. Insgesamt gutes Exemplar.

Brown leather in the style of the time, over wooden boards with two brass clasps and label. - Third edition of the Weimar Elector's Bible. The intertitles are from the first edition of 1641. - Plates with portraits of Queen Christine of Sweden, the eleven electors and Luther. Furthermore, among others, a representation of the coat of arms, a large calendar page, plans of Jerusalem and Noah's Ark, maps of the Holy Land, representation of the Augsburg Confession, heresy tree. - Browned due to age and somewhat brown-stained in places. First title-page expertly restored in margins. Second title page with small hole. Portrait of Queen Christine backed in left margin. 1 plate with missing part in white margin. Overall a good copy.
