Theologie und Religionswissenschaften – Eins von 365 nummerierten Exemplaren auf Bütten. - Erschienen zum 400. Jubiläum der Vollendung der Heiligen Schrift von Martin Luther. Die Textdurchsicht wurde von Carl von Kraus, dem deutsch-österreichischen Germanisten und Mediävisten, anhand der Ausgaben von 1545 und 1546 übernommen und auf der Handpresse unter Verwendung einer eigens für diese Ausgabe geschnittenen Schrift gedruckt. Der Titel und die Initialen wurden von der deutschen Typographin Anna Simons gezeichnet. - Enthält die fünf Bücher Mose, die historischen Bücher des Alten Testaments, die prophetischen Bücher und die Apokryphen, die Propheten und das Neue Testament. - Ränder gebräunt, leicht stockfleckig im Schnitt. Insgesamt sehr gut erhaltene Exemplare.

The text was proofread by Carl von Kraus, the German-Austrian Germanist and medievalist, based on the 1545 and 1546 editions. It was printed on a hand press using a typeface specially cut for this edition. The title and initials were designed by the German typographer Anna Simons. - Contains the five books of Moses, the historical books of the Old Testament, the prophetic books and the Apocrypha, the prophets, and the New Testament. - Browned edges, light foxing in the edges. Overall, very well-preserved copies.
