Le Parcours du rêve au souvenir. Paris, Georges Richard, 1908. XV, 476 S., 1 Bl. Gr.-8°. Dunkelblauer Ganzmaroquin mit reicher Vergoldung auf Rücken und Deckeln im Jugendstil, blindgeprägte Eckfleurons mit Passionsblume. Reich vergoldete Maroquin-Doublüre mit mehrfarbigen Intarsien und blindgeprägten Passionsblumen im horror vacui. Vorsätze aus gestreifter Seide und handgemachtem Marmorpapier, dreis. Goldschnitt. In marmoriertem und gefütterten Schuber (dieser etwas beschabt).

Moderne Literatur und Kunst – Zweite erweiterte Ausgabe. - Nicht nummeriertes Exemplar der Vorzugsausgabe auf Japan vom Autor im Druckvermerk signiert und als Autorenexemplar bezeichnet. Ferner erschienen 12 nummerierte Exemplare der Vorzugsausgabe (GA 512). - Der erstaunlicherweise nicht signierte, prachtvolle Einband im Jugendstil lässt sich Charles Meunier zuschreiben, der einige ähnliche Einbände für die Vorzugsausgaben schuf. - Das auf dem Titel erwähnte Porträt des Autors von Laszlo bezieht sich auf den ersten Band der Reihe. Der vorliegende Roman bildet den vierten Band der von Georges Richard zwischen 1906 und 1912 herausgegebenen Werke des Autors. - OUmschlag und Rücken miteingebunden. Vereinzelt mit unscheinbaren kleinen Stockflecken. Sehr gutes Exemplar.

Modern Literature and Art – Dark blue full morocco with rich gilt on spine and covers in Art Nouveau style, blindstamped corner fleurons with passion flower. Richly gilt maroquin doublure with polychrome inlays and blindstamped passion flowers in horror vacui. Striped silk and handmade marbled paper endpapers, gilt edges. In marbled and lined slipcase (this somewhat scuffed).- Second enlarged edition. - Unnumbered copy of the special edition on Japan signed by the author in the imprint and inscribed as author's copy. Further 12 numbered copies of the special edition were published (total ed. 512). - The magnificent Art Nouveau binding, surprisingly not signed, can be attributed to Charles Meunier, who created several similar bindings for the special editions. - The portrait of the author by Laszlo mentioned on the title refers to the first volume of the series. The present novel forms the fourth volume of the author's works published by Georges Richard between 1906 and 1912. - Orig. wrappers and spine bound in. Isolated with inconspicuous small foxing spots. Very good copy.
