Alte Drucke, Bibeln, Klassische Autoren in den Originalsprachen – Von großer Seltenheit, kein Exemplar im internationalen Handel nachweisbar. Panzer, DA 1937. Kucz. 1895. - VD 16, M 1090. Deutsche Biographie (128874902). Insgesamt wohlerhalten.
Prints before 1600, Bibles, Classics in Original Languages – Of great rarity, no copy traceable in international trade. One of two Ramminger prints from the year of the first edition. Only the framing of the title differs from the other recorded edition, which was published in the same year and by the same publisher. "What lends this work a special charm is... the significant personality that is expressed in it. In spirit, Marschalk seems to have been completely on the side of the Augsburg Brotherhood, but he did not participate in its transformation into a revivalist sect." (Schottenl., Ulhart p. 53). Haug Marschalck, a soldier in the service of the city of Augsburg, who was one of the first to speak publicly as a secular representative of the Reformed Church. Initially in the service of Maximilian I, he was the imperial 'court gatekeeper' from 1506. He had contacts with Ulrich Arzt and Urban Rhegius. - Only minimally browned. Overall well preserved.
