Alte Drucke, Bibeln, Klassische Autoren in den Originalsprachen – 2. Auflage der französischen Ausgabe der Gerichtsordnung "Constitutio Criminalis Carolina" Kaiser Karls V. von 1532. Dieses Dokument wurde zuerst auf Deutsch veröffentlicht und später für die Kriegsräte der Schweizer Truppen ins Französische übersetzt. Diese Übersetzung ist Franz Adam Vogel zu verdanken, einem Bürger der Stadt Colmar, der Großrichter der königlichen Schweizergarde war. Dieses gesetzgeberische Denkmal, das das allgemeine Strafrecht, das besondere Strafrecht und vor allem das Strafprozessrecht berührte, war seiner Zeit weit voraus, zumindest in Europa. Es diente fast drei Jahrhunderte lang als allgemeines Strafrecht der germanischen Völker. - Enthält am Schluss die Formel des Kriegsrates in deutscher Übersetzung. - Breitrandiges, unbeschnittenes Exemplar. - Wenig fleckig.

2nd edition of the French edition of the "Constitutio Criminalis Carolina" of Emperor Charles V from 1532. This document was first published in German and later translated into French for the war councils of the Swiss troops. This translation is thanks to Franz Adam Vogel, a citizen of Colmar who was Grand Judge of the Royal Swiss Guard. This legislative monument, which touched on general criminal law, special criminal law and, above all, criminal procedural law, was far ahead of its time, at least in Europe. It served as the general criminal law of the Germanic peoples for almost three centuries. - Contains the formula of the war council in German translation at the end. - Untrimmed copy with wide margins. - A little stained.
