Literatur des 17. bis 19. Jahrhunderts – Erste Ausgabe. - Slg. Borst 1877 - Scheffler 33 - Erstausgabe der dritten Veröffentlichung von Mörike. - In einer Auflage von 1000 Exemplaren erschienen, waren 1843 entgegen den Erwartungen der Freunde Mörikes erst gut 400 Exemplare verkauft. Vor dem Erscheinen der vermehrten Auflage von 1848 waren noch fast ebensoviele vorhanden, die dann eingestampft wurden. - Ränder minimal gebräunt. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten.

Literature of 17th to 19th Century – Contemp. Cardboard with mounted spine label and red edges (rubbed and bumped). - First edition of Mörike's third publication. - Published in an edition of 1,000 copies, by 1843, contrary to the expectations of Mörike's friends, only a good 400 copies had been sold. Before the publication of the enlarged edition of 1848, almost as many were still in existence, which were then pulped. - Margins slightly browned. Overall, very well preserved.
