Sie zeigen "Pallas", "Cleopatre", "Lucrece", "Pauline femme de Seneque" und "Porcie" in zeitgenössischen Kleidern des späten 18. Jahrhunderts. - Ränder gebräunt. Stockfleckig. Insgesamt gut erhaltene, prachtvolle und kontrastreiche Kupferstiche.

Half leather with gold-stamped title page (bumped). - Rare. - Series of copperplate engravings by the French publisher and engraver Nicolas Bonnart (1636-1718). They depict "Pallas," "Cleopatre," "Lucrece," "Pauline femme de Seneque," and "Porcie" in contemporary clothing of the late 18th century. - Browned edges. Some foxing. Overall, well-preserved, magnificent, and richly contrasted copperplate engravings.
