Varia (mit diversen Schlagworten) – Sehr selten. - Überarbeitete Ausgabe der im jahr 1816 erschienen Deutschen Turnkunst. Auf 46 Tafeln erklärt der Turnpädagoge Ernst Eiselen eine Reihe verschiedener Turnübungen. Eiselen war Schüler des Begründers der deutschen Turnbewegung Friedrich Ludwig Jahn und selbst ein Vertreter der Bewegung. Die Einführung der deutschen Fechtterminologie ist ebenfalls auf Eiselen zurückzuführen. - Ränder leicht gebräunt. Insgesamt gut erhalten.

On 46 plates, the gymnastics educator Ernst Eiselen explains a series of different gymnastics exercises. Eiselen was a student of the founder of the German gymnastics movement, Friedrich Ludwig Jahn, and himself a proponent of the movement. The introduction of German fencing terminology can also be attributed to Eiselen. - Margins browned. Overall in good condition.
