Orts- und Landeskunde mit verschiedenen Schlagworten – Heyd 1323. - Lipperheide Sbd 22. - Am 28. September 1841 wurde in Stuttgart und an vielen anderen Orten das 25jährige Regierungsjubiläum König Wilhelms I. von Württemberg (1781-1864) gefeiert. Den Höhepunkt dieser Feierlichkeiten bildete ein großer Festzug in der Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Nach zeitgenössischen Angaben nahmen mehr als 10.000 Personen zu Fuß und zu Pferd, in prachtvollen Trachten und Uniformen teil. Angeführt von Militärs folgten landwirtschaftliche Vereine, Holzhauer, Schäfer, Prunkwägen mit landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnissen, sowie repräsentative Wägen aus nahezu allen wichtigen Städten und Ortschaften Württembergs. - Alters- u. papierbedingt geräunt (meist im Blattrand etw. unregelmäßig), mit kl. Randläsuren, partiell etw. knittrig bzw. knickspurig. Insgesamt wohlerhaltene Sammlung sowie wichtiges Zeugnis des bedeutenden historischen Ereignisses, welches die politische Stabilität sowie die Identität des Landes Württemberg stärkte.

Each as mount. double sheet on wove paper. - Some age- and paper-related browning (mostly in the margins somewhat irregular), with small marginal tears, partially somewhat creased or buckled. Overall well-preserved collection and important testimony to the important historical event that strengthened the political stability and identity of the state of Württemberg.
