O.T. (Wetzlar). Um 1815. Schwarz und blau gedruckte Aquatinta auf Velin. 27,5 x 40,5 cm.

Dekorative Graphik - Ansichten – Probedruck für ein Blatt aus der Folge "Achtzehn Ansichten von der Lahn". - Reinerman wurde in Wetzlar geboren, verbrachte dann einige Zeit in Frankfurt a. M. und Rom für seine Ausbildung. Später zog er zurück nach Wetzlar, wo er seine Stichfolge zu den Ansichten der Lahn schuf. - Rand gebräunt, kleine Einrisse. Minimal fleckig. Insgesamt prachtvoller und gut erhaltener Druck.

Prints and Engravings - Views – Aquatint printed in black and blue on wove paper. - Proof print for a sheet from the series "Eighteen Views of the Lahn." - Reinerman was born in Wetzlar, then spent some time in Frankfurt am Main and Rome for his education. He later moved back to Wetzlar, where he created his series of engravings depicting views of the Lahn. - Margins browned, small tears. Minimal staining. Overall, a magnificent and well-preserved print.
