Das "Bayer"-Verwaltungs-Gebäude in Leverkusen. 32 OPhotographien (Vintages, Silbergelatineabzüge, versch. Formate von ca. 8,5 x 11,5 bis 28,5 x 20,5 cm). Um 1939. Mont. in Album d. Zt. Fol. OLwd. mit Pp.-Rücken in Ldr.-Imitat u. gepr. "Bayer"-Emblem auf dem VDeckel (Gelenke tls. eingerissen u. angeplatzt, Lwd. etw. fleckig u. angeschmutzt).

Photographie - Photographen – Dokumentiert die Entstehung, Räumlichkeiten und Einweihung des Verwaltungsgebäudes des Pharma- und Chemiekonzerns, der seit 1912 seinen Hauptsitz in Leverkusen hat. - Gezeigt werden Fassade des Verwaltungsgebäudes mit Parkplatz, Baustelle ("Schnappschüsse vom Werden des Baues"), Aufnahmen von der linken Rheinseite, von Osten u. aus dem Vorgarten der ehemaligen Villa Geheimrat Duisberg, Eingangshalle, Weltkarte u. Großdeutschlandkarte aus Hydronalium mit Kennzeichnung der "Bayer"-Vertretungen, Fabrikationsstätten u. Verkaufsbüros, Pförtner, Fernsprechanlagen in der Direktionsabteilung, Aktenpaternoster, Büroräume, Konferenzsaal, Gefolgschaftsraum. - Mit einmont. Heft mit o.g. Titel mit 6 Bl. in Typoskript (Kopie) mit Ausführungen zur architektonischen und städtebaul. Eingliederung, über Grundriss u. inneren Aufbau, zur inneren Ausstattung sowie mit technischen Daten. - Im Anhang mit mont. "Pressestimmen" sowie Heft (14 S.) mit "Ansprachen anlässlich der Einweihung" des Gebäudes am 1. April 1939 in der hint. Deckeltasche. - Insg. wohlerhalten.

Photography – 32 orig. photographs (vintages, silver gelatin prints) of the "Bayer" administration building in Leverkusen. Mounted in contemp. album. Orig. cloth with cardboard spine and embossed "Bayer" emblem on the front cover (joints partly torn and chipped, cloth somewhat stained and soiled). Documents the construction, premises and inauguration of the administration building of the pharmaceutical and chemical company, which has had its headquarters in Leverkusen since 1912. - Shown are the facade of the administration building with car park, building site, photographs from the left bank of the Rhine, from the east and from the front garden of the former Villa Geheimrat Duisberg, entrance hall, world map and map of Greater Germany made of hydronalium with labelling of the "Bayer" agencies, production sites and sales offices, gatekeeper, telephone systems in the management department, file paternoster, offices, conference room, staff room. - With a mmounted booklet with 6 sheets in typescript (copy) with comments on the architectural and urban integration, floor plan and interior design, interior fittings and technical data. - In the appendix with mounted press comments and booklet (14 pp.) with speeches at the inauguration of the building on 1 April 1939 in the back cover pocket. - Overall well preserved.
