Cloth (rubbed, back cover with stain). - The photographs inscribed below show, among other things: SS Stahleck, SS Wartenfels, MS Tannenfels disguised as Dutch in Chisimaio (Italian Somaliland) 1939-41, Ceylon (elephant traders), Karachi, Bombay (tailor), Madras, ocean-going tugboat Kionga as a German naval unit in 1940, Madras, natives (women and children, military), Chisimaio (main street, plaza, Bedouin temple), native huts of the Suaheli tribes / in the Somali steppe, Mogadishu (native barracks, cathedral, park), Rangoon, tropical Christmas celebration MS Tannefels 1939/40, Ascension, EK II for the crew of the Tannenfels for breaking through the blockade in 1941, anti-aircraft unit, France 1943, Italy 1944, Russian and Indian prisoners, crew members, scenes on board, family photos and portraits. - With mounted christening certificate of the SS Wartenfels 1937/38 with original signature of the captain. - Occ. minor stains or creases, some photos removed, one album page loose, overall good condition.
