Geographie und Reisen – Erste Ausgabe. - Seltene vollständige Reihe. - Der deutsche Zoologe und Botaniker Alfred Voeltzkow (1860-1947) reiste in den Jahren 1903-1905 nach Ostafika. Die Ergebnisse seiner Forschung wurden in 19 Teilen veröffentlicht und beinhalten u. a. seine Reisebreichte zu den Comoren, Witu-Inseln und Zanzibar-Archipel. Darüber hinaus beschreibt er die Flora und Fauna der Regionen, sowie auch die Geologie und Geschichte. - Ränder teils gebräunt. Frisches noch großteils ungeöffenetes Exemplar. Aufgrund der Fragilität nicht eingehend kolationiert. Einbände in gutem Zustand.

The results of his research were published in 19 parts and include his travels to the Comoros, Witu Islands and Zanzibar Archipelago. He also describes the flora and fauna of the regions, as well as the geology and history. - Margins partly browned. Fresh, largely unopened copy. Due to its fragility not extensively collated. Bindings in good condition.
