Das grundlegende Architekturwerk zeigt in seinen Tafeln Säulenordnungen, Portale, Gesimse, Sockel, Gartenanlagen, Deckenornamente, Öfen sowie imposante Bauten des Vignola und Michelangelo. - Vorsätze erneuert. Frontispiz aufgezogen, verso altgestempelt. Titelbl. altgestempelt. Etwas fleckig, teils leicht wasserrandig. Eine Tafel im Rand hinterlegt. Tafeln des Anhangs etwas knapp beschnitten. Wohlerhalten.

This fundamental architectural work shows in its plates column orders, portals, cornices, plinths, gardens, ceiling ornaments, stoves and imposing buildings by Vignola and Michelangelo. - Endpapers renewed. Frontispiece mounted, old stamp on verso. Title page with old stamp. Somewhat stained, partly slightly waterstained. One plate backed in margin. Plates of the appendix somewhat trimmed. Well preserved.
