Die Lithographien wurden bei Mourlot gedruckt. - Buchblock angebrochen, papier- u. altersbedingt mit minimaler Bräunung. Insgesamt wohlerhaltenes Exemplar mit durchweg prachtvoll, kreidigen Lithographien sowie farbleuchtenden Illustrationen.

Orig. ill. paperback (spine with small tear). - With text contributions by Jean-Paul Sartre, Paul Valéry, André Gide and others, and heliogravures after photographs by Brassai, Herbert List, Disderi. The lithographs were printed by Mourlot. - Book block cracked, due to age a. paper minimally browned. Altogether a well-preserved copy with splendid, chalky lithographs and brightly coloured illustrations throughout.
