Picasso fehlend). - Im Impressum nummeriert sowie folgend im Doppelbogen von allen Künstlern und Autoren signiert. Zusätzlich die Lithographie des Titels. signiert (Beaudin). - Mit orig. Lithographien von André Beaudin, Georges Braque, Maurice Brianchon, Jean Carzou, Kees Van Dongen, André Masson, Pablo Picasso, André Dunoyer de Segonzac und Jacques Villon sowie Texten von: Alexandre Arnoux, Gérard Bauer, Hervé Bazin, André Billy, Roland Dorgelés, Jean Giono, Philippe Hériat, Pierre Mac Orlan, Raymond Queneau und Armand Salacrou. - Die OLithographien von Chagall entnommen (fehlend 2 Doppelbl., S. 45-48 u. S. 53-56). Nur vereinzelt mit kleinen blassbraunen Fleckchen im Blattrand. Die Lithographien der Suite tls. u. Passepartout montiert, verso tls. mit Spuren vorheriger Montierung. Insgesamt sehr gut erhalten, die Lithographien durchweg farbsatt im Druck, das Kolorit leuchtend.

Modern Literature and French Bibliophilie – With 30 (of 33) partly double-page orig. lithographs on Arches wove paper (with watermark) and the suite on wove paper with 25 (of 33) orig. lithographs. Double-sheets loosely inserted in orig. wrapper in orig cloth case with gilt title on spine a. gilt vignette on cover (case slighty rubbed a. soiled, wrapper somewhat browned). The suite on wove paper in orig. chloth chemise in orig cloth slipcase. - One of the first 10 copies with 30 (of 33) lithographs, (here, however, without the suite on Japan, the suite on Arches with 25 (of 33) lithographs (Chagall and Picasso missing). - Numbered in the imprint and signed by all artists and authors in the following double sheet. Additionally the lithograph of the title signed (Beaudin). - With orig. lithographs by André Beaudin, Georges Braque, Maurice Brianchon, Jean Carzou, Kees Van Dongen, André Masson, Pablo Picasso, André Dunoyer de Segonzac and Jacques Villon as well as texts by: Alexandre Arnoux, Gérard Bauer, Hervé Bazin, André Billy, Roland Dorgelés, Jean Giono, Philippe Hériat, Pierre Mac Orlan, Raymond Queneau and Armand Salacrou. - The lithographs by Chagall missing (2 double sheets, pp. 45-48 and pp. 53-56). Only a few small pale brown spots in the margins. Overall in very good condition, the lithographs in rich impression throughout, the colours vibrant.
