Citatio ad videndum se incidisse in poenam fractae pacis publicae, una cum mandato de abdu-cendo milites sine inhibitorio, de non turbando, deoccupando, nec non restitutorio vero cum clausula. Alte Drucke, Bibeln, Klassische Autoren in den Originalsprachen – Erste und einzige Ausgabe. - Äußerst selten, nicht im VD17. - Sehr wohl erhaltener, gedruckter Erlaß, mit dem Leopold Joseph von Lothringen (1679-1729), seit 1690 Herzog von Lothringen, im Namen des Kaisers Leopold vor das Reichskammergericht in Wetzlar zitiert wird. Karl Thomas Prinz von Lothringen-Vaudemont beschuldigt ihn des Raubüberfalls auf Saarbockenheim und mehrere andere Ortschaften. Detailgenau werden alle seine kriegerischen Handlungen aufgezählt. Ob er nun vor dem Kammergericht erscheine oder nicht wird dennoch "gegen Euch verhandelt und procedirt / wie sich das seiner Ordnung nach gebührt". Das Reichskammergericht hatte von 1689 bis 1806 seinen Sitz in Wetzlar. - Sehr frisches Exemplar auf klanghartem Büttenpapier.
